11am – 6:30pm: Reception

12:00 - 18:00: 18-hole golf tournament (handicap <36) – Check-in between 11:00 and 13:00, depending on your flight tee time, which you will receive by email a few days before the event.

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: 9-hole Golf Tournament (with course permission) – Check-in between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, depending on your flight tee time, which you will receive by email a few days before the event.

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Golf Discovery & Improvement Sessions – Arrival between 1:30 PM and 1:45 PM

4:30 PM – 6:00 PM Putting Competition – Registration between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM

4:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Pétanque (weather permitting) & Atha Yoga – Arrival between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM

6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Awards Ceremony

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Drinks & Networking

8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.: Meal (seated buffet), Raffles and Evening –  Reception between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

    Two raffles will be held during the evening.

    A first-time offer, free of charge and funded by SwissLife Select, open to all registered participants. To participate, you must give your consent for your contact information (email address) to be shared with SwissLife Select; this consent must be provided during the purchase process.

Practical information:
Welcome and activities at Bonmont Golf Course : from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM, depending on the package chosen. Please arrive on time according to your scheduled program.

18-hole tournament  : 2-person scramble, 4-person tee time, Men's & Women's distance and accuracy

Equipment : equipment, golf cart or trolley can be reserved by calling 022 369 99 00

Dress code for sports activities : no jeans or collarless polo shirts

Evening dress code : smart chic (elegant attire recommended: no shorts or sneakers, shirt appreciated)

Parking : Signposted parking – Men's and women's changing rooms (5 CHF coin required)

Lunch :

Lunch at the Restaurant :  You can have lunch at the Golf Club restaurant (meal at your own expense, according to the daily menu prices). The kitchen is open from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM (reservations recommended at 022.3699900)
. A snack menu (burgers, steak tartare, etc.) is available from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM, without reservation, except for a specific table.
Golf Tournament Lunch: For participants in the 18-hole (and 9-hole) tournament, a sandwich will be provided at the start (included in the registration fee). Water stations will be available throughout the course: please bring your own water bottle.
Allergies  : The buffet will cater to common dietary needs.
