Creativity in Negotiation, Basel

Do you look at negotiation as a battle of arguments? During the workshop, we will look at approaching negotiation with a learning attitude, with a view to finding creative solutions that accommodate the needs of both parties. You will be negotiating in role-playing pairs on a case, followed by a debrief of the role play. You should plan 30-60 minutes of preparation ahead of time. The workshop will be followed by a light dinner, drinks, and networking. Participation is limited, so book early!
