A Glimpse at the Potential Future of Work

Jean-Christophe Deslarzes has been Chair of the Board of Directors of the Adecco Group since 2020 (Board member since 2015) as well as of Constellium since 2022 (Board member since 2021). From 2018 to 2021, he was Chair of the Board of Directors of ABB India Limited. He serves as a member of the Executive Faculty at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Jean-Christophe Deslarzes holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He began his career in 1991 as a tax and legal consultant at Arthur Andersen in Switzerland. From 1994 to 2010, he held various human resources and general management roles at Rio Tinto and its predecessor companies Alcan and Alusuisse, including as President and CEO of Downstream Aluminium Businesses at Rio Tinto as well as Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the group executive committee of Alcan, both based in Montreal. He was also Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the respective group executive committees of Carrefour (from 2010 to 2013), based in Paris, and of ABB (from 2013 to 2019), based in Zurich.
