Practice-oriented conference for compliance officers
This year, the New Zurich Compliance Conference is once again dedicated to highly relevant topics, discussing increasing regulation and its impact on companies, authorities, and the practices of compliance officers.

As part of a diverse program, experts from various fields will provide insights into current challenges and solutions. Participants can expect a broad range of topics – from the work of the Money Laundering Reporting Office Switzerland (MROS) and the perspectives of the Federal Prosecutor's Office in corporate criminal law to issues surrounding sanctions, money laundering, data protection, and cybersecurity. Practical aspects such as collective bargaining agreement compliance, HR investigations, and internal investigations at the top management level will also be addressed.

The conference offers not only in-depth expert presentations but also a forum for exchange between representatives from businesses, government agencies, and the legal profession. We look forward to welcoming you in person or virtually online.
