We are delighted to welcome you to another inspiring  Lunch Peer Coaching Event, led by Sonja Robinson, Executive Coach with more than 15 years of experience and over 600 hours of accredited coaching practice.

This highly interactive, live workshop offers SAMBA members and senior leaders a rare opportunity to experience the power of Peer Coaching in action. Designed as a practical and reflective space, the session enables participants to explore real leadership challenges, exchange perspectives, and uncover actionable insights through a structured coaching approach.

Session Highlights

• A small group of up to 6 active participants will work through real, current challenges using proven coaching techniques such as active listening, open questioning, and reflective dialogue, facilitated by Sonja Robinson.
• Additional attendees will join as observers, gaining insight into the peer coaching process and learning from the collective discussion and outcomes.
• A structured framework ensures focus, depth, and practical takeaways—whether you are in the coaching circle or observing.
   

How to Join

1. Active Participants (limited to 6)
If you would like to actively participate in the peer coaching session, simply let us know that you wish to join as an active participant. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Audience / Observers
If you prefer to listen, observe, and learn from the live peer coaching process, you are very welcome to join the session as an observer. Simply register for the event.

3. Challenge Submissions (option)
If you would like to position a specific question or challenge in front of a professionally diverse group of peers and benefit from shared experience and best practices, please send your submission by email to Sonja@prime.coaching.com
