Evening program:

• 6:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.: Welcome of guests and aperitif
  
• 6:45 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Campus Tour with EHL student ambassadors
• 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.: Conference & presentation of the EHL Hospitality Business School project with the Management and the Alumni department
• 8:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.: Seated dinner, served by EHL students
• 11:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.: Dance party

Price: For ticketing, SAMBA members can register under “LATE BIRD (Autres)”. SAMBA members will receive a special CHF 20 discount, please enter the code SAMBA to get the discount.

After the discount, the price for SAMBA members will be:

• LATE BIRD (Autres)- Simple: CHF 150
• LATE BIRD (Autres)- Couple: CHF 300

Useful information:

Car park: Visitor parking is available but free places are not guaranteed. If the car park is full, you will be able to park at the Chalet-à-Gobet car park in Mauverney (public).

Access: To get there by public transport, you can take Metro 2 to the “Croisettes” stop, then bus 45 to the “Cojonnex/EHL” stop. Timetables are available on www.tl.ch by selecting “timetables by line”.
